Definitely sounds like some type of deficiency, I would talk to the dr. I worked in a group home and I am no expert, but Vitamin E 400 I.U. 3x a day wouldn't hurt as it is used as an anti-Parkinsons treatment. Good luck!

I don't experience shaky hands, but I DO experience frequent dizziness. A hormone imbalance causes my body to not be able to soak up enough iron and so as I'm ovulating and then menstruating, I'm pretty anemic. I would suggest that you have a simple blood test from your doctor. If it's only during your period time, then if you are lacking a mineral or have a slight hormonal imbalance, that's curable by a few supplements during just that time --- that a lot more acceptable then putting yourself unnecessarily on drugs all the time, you know? Well, hope that helped!

Yes. I am anemic and I usually experience this every time I have my period. Taking an iron supplement or eating foods high in iron just before your cycle will make an unbelievable improvement. Try it. Good luck.

increase your vitamin B and C intake around this time. The Bs will help your shaking, and the C will aid in your red blood cell production.

You should check with a doctor on this one. I have never heard of anything like this before. It sounds like a nervous system issue.
