A concept car is any future experimental design ideas for a car and a Hybrid car is one that uses both gas and electricity.

It is possible that a lot of new concept cars are actually Hybrids

A concept car is more or less a "rough draft" of a car that could be produced in the future. A hybrid car is a car that is already in production. A hybrid car is also one that runs on either gasoline, hydrogen, electricity.

A hybrid is a part electric part gas engine car that is available currently for purchase (such as the Toyota Prius, Honda Civic Hybrid, Ford Escape hybrid, etc).

A concept car is a theory car, one imagined but not yet produced, and may never be produced.

Hybrid, a vehicle that runs on more than one source of power. Be it gas, electricity, propane, natural gas, diesel, hydrogen or solar power.
Concept, an idea, usually only a few made to show the public at makers car year unvieling, in order to get feedback as to looks, etc. Rarely able to be driven by the public, however. At least a few years awar from actually selling them.

a concept car is a car that is a one of a kind prototype that that particular car company "might" come out with... it is in the concept stages and not a car offered by the manufacturer yet...

a hybrid is a gas/electric system used on cars to get more mileage out of gas...although the batterys in them are over $6000 and what do we do with them once they are dead? end up in landfills?

A concept car is just that , a concept , can be gas or anything, but it is and idea and a prototype.
Hybrids are combination gas / electric and are actually manufactured and sold, like the Prius.
