Hancock Fabrics and JoAnn fabric have the crystals with a type of hot glue on the back; you can buy the tool to put them on as well for an inexpensive amount and you can get realy really tiny crystals - like used on wedding veils - as well. All different kinds of sizes and colors.

I actually buy swarovski crystals all the time for my business and the best places I found are online, artbeads.com and dreamtimecreations.com Both sites ship for free too.
