Girls working at makeup counters in the malls normally have very nice and a lot of makeup. What about if a guy works at a makeup counter, should he also use a lot of makeup similar to the girl collegues?

There is actually a man who works at the sephora by me and he may have his days where he does put on the make up like the other people who work there. Most of the time though he put the make up on his hand from when someone asks him what they think they should try he will put it on their hand or make them sit in the chair and give a mini make over for free.

Guys working at makeup counters can do whatever they want. Just make sure your skin looks great - and preferably clean-shaven.
I know guys at MAC counters usually wear a lot of makeup, but if I were going to buy makeup from a guy, I'd be less likely to buy if his makeup was overkill.
If you're a regular makeup wearer, I'd draw the line after foundation, bronzer, eyeliner and maybe a nude-colored eye shadow base. Stay away from mascara and lipstick - at least while you're working.

The guys at the mac counter do i noticed but i definitly wouldn't i dont like when guys wear makeup. I like putting on makeup, so i appreciate being a girl, and it makes me feel specail. guys just shouldnt.

not similar. I used to work with a guy and once in a while he'd put on a new eyeshadow we were promoting or the lip gloss. But for the most part he just wore foundation and powder sometimes eyeliner. Nothing over the top.

um no i dont think so unless hes gay then it would nt matter much because his friends would say thats just him and he wears makeup
