Of course. Two consenting adults who love each other and want to spend the rest of their lives together should be able to do so with all the perks and headaches that go along with it, regardless of sexual orientation.

There are already over THREE THOUSAND posts about this in Yahoo Answers. Was it really necessary to enter yet another one???

hehe if two men/women are able to date, make out, love, hate, worship the ground the other walks on, detest, and anything else positive and negative in a relationship, then im sure a marriage between two people of the same sex should be no problem. just as long as the same rules apply for homosexuals as hetrosexuals. everthing from the licence, to the prenup. however i think the main question would be who would the entainment be for the gay wedding. hehe

Yes, I am not gay but I believe in people making their own choices, as long as they do not hurt others in the choice made. The only hurt that comes out of a gay marriage is self-made on the part of family members if they are not willing to accept it. So if a gay couple chooses to get married and is ready to accept the terms of a life-long commitment to each-other and everything that comes with it, then all power to them!

What's gay and what's straight? What are apples and what are oranges? What is the difference? Why does variety scare us? Why do we claim to want a world of black and white yet try so hard to color it when it gets dull? Why do we always do one thing and contradict ourselves the next day?

These arguments are really pointless...

What is love? And how encompassing is it? Now this is one thing that could be worth talking about...

THAT QUESTION KEEPS ON POPPING UP:IT IS LIKE THE DAILY NEWS:BORING!!!!!!!!!!!
Well ask yourself this question:do gay people pay taxes?Have insurances?Pay the gas bill?
I think you know where I am getting at,don't you.
We do have the same obligations, but are restricted in our choices:is this fair?
No frigging way.
But that goes for your country.
Where I live we voted for people in our parliament who fought for our rights and they succeeded:now we can get legally married.
So next time you vote:be sure it is for someone who believes that gay people should get the same rights as straight people.
Do as we did, never give up on it,fight for your rights.
Greetings:Rob.xxxx

Hell No! Where is the world going these days? Gay marriage is sick and totally destroys the notions and laws of what it is to be human. Man and Women, Dick in Pusssy. The ******** is for sh!tting any entry will result in death through HIV. If we are to condone that what message will the youths be getting by encouraging homosexuality? Homosexuality will become the bane of mankind if people think homosexuality is okay.

Of course gays have the right to live normally and should not be denied rights of equality but as much as they being a part of nature, we have to realise the nature screws up at times and we end up having "freaks of nature". Laws of nature are being turned upside down because of this debate.

They can argue that Freedom is a tenet of humanity and they have the right to be themselves but i believe there wont be Freedom without Order. The Order of recognising what is acceptable in humanity and what is not. Theres an entire system called the reproductive system in us. I do not think we are given it just for decoration. Chew on it folks.

Love? Then what so wrong with incest? Is it wrong to find a partner who truely loves and understand u who happens to be ur brother or sister? Its not like something they can control rite? Its natural! If everyone have the right to make their own choice towards the one they wanna spend their lives together then what so wrong about them being ur siblings? Its still mutual LOVE between 2 consenting adults!(if u like to put it that way)

Think deeper, not everything is OKAY in this world. Freedom/Love does not mean "anything goes"!

To those who think gay is fine, i hope all ur kids turn out gay. =)

To just wondering: that is sick! and has far as I am concerned, I am a straight women yet on the other hand I BELIEVE it should be legal and say if i was married to a man and I happened to be BI- i should not be allowed to marry someone else. So if it were legal you should still only be aloud to give your vows to only one person not 2!

I support gay marriage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its either needs to be allowed or they need to recognized same sex relationships when it comes to insurance policies. Too many people are getting the shaft (no pun intended) because they can't add their significant other to their policies which is causing financial hardships.
