These pains are on my right side right below my ribs. In front and back. At first I thought it was just a stomach ache but now it is more painful in my back. Any ideas? I've already called the doctor and waiting for her reply but I'm just curious if any of you know what this could be. ♥

No bleeding and the pain is up more towards my ribs, not in my lower body where the baby is. But other than this pain I have no cramping.

Im assuming by your screen name that you are a dependent under tricare. You can go in and get checked if you would like, it obviously won't cost anything to do so. Of course you will only be seen for your pain. Under 21 weeks is not considered a viable pregnancy yet, and no "heroic acts" will be taken if something goes wrong. But better safe than sorry, it could be something as simple as pregnancy pains. Or it could be prelabor, while rare at 15 weeks it does happen, the solution would be bedrest and they would medicate you to prevent labor until you reach 32-36 weeks (they want fully developed lungs before letting your body deliver). Not sure what else to say, but if you have any other questions at all feel free to hit me up.

I experienced this when I was pregnant with my son. The doctor said it was my muscles relaxing and body adjusting to accommodate the growing baby. If you're not bleeding, most of the time your fine - especially since you've passed the first trimester.
Good luck!

At 15 weeks your pain shouldn't be as severe as it sounds. It could be a UTI, could be kidneys, could be many things. Try to rest a while until your doc calls you back.

Edited:
Some of you people are ridiculously over-reacting.
Hon, try not to freak out. If the pain is severe enough to have you that worried I would go ahead off the your ER and get checked out. They can get in touch with your doctor.

Well it could be nothing, just growing pains because of the baby. Or it could be something severe considering you're feeling this in your back also. It's so hard to tell really. You just need a docs opinion.

it could be just normal pregnancy pains but it sounds like it might be your gallbladder as well.i have gallbladder issues and it hurts on my right side up in my ribs and then radiates into my upper back by my shoulder blade.it can be common in pregnancy.try a warm bath or a heating pad on your back.if it helps its possible its your gallbladder.good luck!
