I am Zimbabwean and have found it very interesting since arriving in the USA to think people believe so much of what they hear on the news. I'd love to know from random people out there - what's the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear "Africa" - please be honest, I won't be offended!

beautiful grass....lions...those trees that r n the lion king...sometimez i think of what i c on infomericals tho which r starving children n need of medicine n infected with hiv or aids...sad ...i also think of ppl with funky accents

I think of elephants, tigers, and all of the other kinds of exotic animals that come from Africa. Jungles and adventure come to mind, too.
