Dang it! That hurts! Well I sprained my ankle and it took me a good 2 weeks to be able to even walk on it normally but I could still feel the pain so I don't know what to tell you about playing sports. Be sure to put lots of ice on it to take down the swelling. Advil to take it down too.

you may no longer tell without an X-ray. I learnt that on a familiar help direction. each so often you may no longer even experience whilst that's broken because of fact the muscle mass pull the bone mutually besides the shown fact that that's the two ends rubbing that reasons the discomfort. bypass to wellbeing center and get an X-ray optimistically that's in straightforward terms a sprain yet you will possibly might desire to placed of the TKD for a pair of weeks and get crutches. Do it quickly cos a broken bone starts off therapeutic interior 30 minutes of the twist of destiny so it would opt for putting, optimistically no longer.stable success :)

Depends on how bad it is. Just stay off of it and let it heal until it feels better. I'd say normally it averages about 2-4 weeks. Worst case would be 4. But if it's very bad it can be up to 3 months. I'd say if it's not bad, expect at least 2 weeks out. And ice it and keep it elevated, that will help it heal faster. Good luck.
