I'm a great Smallville fan!! Clark and Lana slept together like twice. It should be in Season 3. Check www.kryptonsite.com for all informations on Smallville.

It was season 5 not 3, after the meteor shower and the Kryptonians. Clark went to the Fortess through the Caves and Chloe tagged along. Clark told Jor El he would get Chloe safe and come back to train, Jor El gave him until Sundown.
When Chloe was safe Clark saw the destruction in Smallville and went to help, the 2 Kryptonians attempted to send him to the Zone, but he sent them and watched as the sun set behind the Zone portal. Ane he was made Human.
During that time he and Lana made nice and hooked up alot. An episode or 2 later when their classmate was going to Nuke Smallville to kill all the Meteor Freaks, Clark was shot, and Jor El warped him to the fortress and repowered him.
You may recall in a later episode Lana was getting mad at Clark that they hadn't done it in a while, he confided in Chloe that they hadn't since he was repowered and she called herself his 'krypto-hag'. It was never expressly stated that they never did it after, nor was it expressly stated that they became like rabbits either. One can assume though that they had continued to fornicate since Lana no longer had any reservations when he porposed. (before rewinding time)
This was all between Premiere of Season 5 and Jonathans death in the 100th episode.

Around season three, he lost his powers for a small amount of time and then they were together but he got his powers back and wouldn't get together with her again. Speed up to season six...she is with someone else now! I just love smallville!!

They slept on season 3, I guess. I was when clark looses his powers for a while. After he gained them again he didnt want to hurt her in a "momment of passion" and they have not done it since...
