Do you really want to wear your bra after the dog's been wearing it? You have one bra only?
Wear a bathing suit top if you must have some control and then put a baggy sweater over the top. You'll get your bra back eventually when your brother is finished with his fun.
Then wash it!

Give the dog some food and after you take the bra make your brother wear it and maybe with some panties

Put on another bra, or sneak some sedatives in your dog's food & get the bra once he passes out.

haha well that is certainly a situation. Give him a snack or something then remove the bra very carefully if all else fails use a pillow like a kind of shield and just go for it!

throw a blanket on top of the dog and hold him down. You are going to have to suck it up and not be afraid. sometimes, animals sense the fear in humans and they take advantage of that.
ok, once you have him down, unstrap your bra and take it off fast. run if you have to, scream whatever. let me know what happened!!
