Laminar flow with high velocity flow. It will most likely flow into a stormwater system and dumped into a major waterway somewhere. The water will pick up your basic oils and contaminates on the road but most will be sifted out through some sort of drain bed before if makes it to a major waterway if the engineer designs right.
