Driving to work... wait in line behind a guy in a BMW at a toll both thing...his pass doesnt lift gate...he reverses into me....hits me... takes off....I find him....ask him why he hit me....he grabs my arm when i was driving.....tries to rip my arm off....harrasses me....and follows me to fight me....he left....I took security report...have witness of acident and guy yelling at me...i want to key his Beamer up. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Call the police and make a report, for the accident, leaving the scene and the assault charge. Do not go out of your way to key his car, that probably would not bother him, he can afford to get it painted. Make him pay the cost with raised insurance rates, loss of work time, appearances in court, etc. What a jerk he must be,life must suck to be him. Good luck and God bless****

Refrain from keying his beamer - as tempted as it may be - and to slash his tires. LOL I would call the police and file a complaint. You have witnesses - do you have a license plate number????? Either way, you need to be the grown up one and file a complaint and let the police do their job. Good luck! Hope your day improves!

try reporting it. i know it may get lost in the system or justice may be slow but it is the best thing to do. i firmly believe that what goes around, comes around. or as we say...what ain't meet you, ain't pass you. meaning he will get it back someday.
