Well, they are probably the same people who think dinosaurs never existed and Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. The truth will be told on Jan. 8 - coronation day for OSU.

To think Ohio State is overrated is just flat out ignorance. Now, I am a Bucks fan so I will lose a little cred. in this convo, but how can you say a team that went undefeated and played two #2 teams in the country and beat them (for the record that has never been done before) is overrated? Florida's best win was against who? LSU? Don't they have two losses? Someone laid out a stat that Florida scored more touchdowns then Michigan and USC.... however when you put up 8 touchdowns against Western Carolina they really shouldn't count. I do think Florida deserves to go, but there is no way that they should be #1.

How are they overrated??? That is a question! The Buckeyes are far from overrated, when someone claims they are it's only because they are haters and don't care for The Ohio State program! They have blown everyone away that they should have and have beaten the good teams!

They are from from overrated though especially when they brought in practically an entire new starting defense with I believe 9 new starters this year. I don't know how someone can say that's being overrated, that's more like a sound program with good recruiting classes!

I'm from Michigan. From birth, we are trained to hate EVERYTHING that is Red, Grey, and White. I still do. I don't like Ohio State, I never have, and I never will - now.....with that in mind - I think that Ohio State has a heck of a football team, and should KILL Florida. I'm guessing 38-7. Ohio State is the true number 1 - and this is again, coming from Michigan. Kill those undeserving Gators, and represent the Big 10 OSU.

No they are not overrated this year. Personnally I don't care for the Buckyees but they are on another level compared to the rest of the country. They should beat Flordia by 3 touchdowns. Why are they the best because control the clock well and there D is outstanding. They will be back again next year also.

We will never know just how good the Buckeyes are. Texas has proved to be no big deal, and Michigan, other than Wisconsin, did not beat anybody either. I do not believe that a game against Florida will validate them. This is the year that there should be playoff games after the bowls are played.

Ohio is overrated but undefeated counts for a lot. Ohio has not played in the SEC, and they have never meet a pass defense likes Florida, who play smash mouth football, and have more people in the NFL than any conference. Troy is a fine individual and skillful, but he has meet his match with Florida. This team has the speed, and 21 seniors that made a pack in their Freshman Year when there former player died on the field, SEC Championship and National championship. They are on a roll.

I'm not sure how someone could say that after they beat #2 Texas early in the year and #2 Michigan late in the year. Most of their games have not even been close. I would be surprised if they beat Florida by less than 14 points.

i do believe that osu is the best team in the nation but they didn't have to play wisconsin whose only loss is to Michigan.. Michigan played at osu and only lost by 3 which proves Michigan was the 2nd best team and they because they played a Texas team who was suppose to be good but they were a disappointment and had 2 losses.
