Don't fear the reaper is by the Blue Oyster Cult dude! Anyway, as an avid smoker in my previous life and a huge classic rock fan I have some suggestions. You must check out anything by Pink Floyd, DarkSide of the Moon, as suggested before, is one of the best. Other ideas would be...
Aerosmith - Dream On or Sweet Emotion
Lynard Skynard - Tuesday's Gone, Free Bird
Led Zeppelin - Moby Dick, Ramble On, The Ocean, or When the
Levee Breaks ( better for those who want some
little harder tunes, not so psychedelic)No Quarter
Pink Floyd - Goodbye Blue Sky, When the Tigers Broke Free
(hard to find) and High Hopes, probably the greatest
Pink Floyd song ever written but not heard often. It is
a post Roger Waters era song off Division Bell
(another good album), Wish you were here,
Comfortably Numb.
The Beatles - Some of the lesser known tunes off the White
Album or other albums released after they went to
India, Across the Universe, Gotta get you into my
life
Iron Butterfly - In a gadda da vidda (strange name, but truly a 28
minute stoner classic)
Jimmy Hendricks - anything, Jimmy was the god of stoners
Black Sabbath - Paranoid, Crazy Train
Tom Petty - Roll Another Joint, Mary Jane's Last Dance
Janis Joplin- White Rabbit
The Doors - always a lot of choices, but Riders on the Storm,
Light My Fire
Bob Dylan - Everybody must get Stoned
Anything by Bob Marley and Cyprus Hill. Soooo many others but you need to decide if you want to be hardcore or psychedelic

Check out Pink Floyd's song "Paint Box". Plus, check out Ween, especially anything from "The Pod" and "The Mollusk" albums.

the kotton mouth kings are very pot oriented, hence the name. there's a punkish parody of "let's go to the hop" that's titled "let's go smoke some pot", i can't remember who it's by. "the joker" by steve miller band is always a favorite. and of course you have to include "smoke two joints" by sublime. and throw in a little pink floyd, bob marley and hendrix for good measure.
