And is your home a welcoming sight for someone travelling along that long and winding road.

I am just going to put my christmas lights up to cheer the old place up. Nothing ostentatious you understand perhaps just a couple of thousand pounds worth of lights will do don't you think?

I live in a cul-de-sac which is short but has a bend that leads to my house at the end. I certainly think that it is a welcoming sight when I arrive home. Home is where the heart is!!!! I like to make all of my friends and visitors welcome. All of my christmas lights are up and shining bright!
I used to quite like the idea of living in a 'cul-de-sac' until my french friend told me that the literal translation is bottom of the sack lol! Oh well haha!
