There's a bunch.
Electric: "Ironman" by Black Sabbath, "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC, (Pretty much any song out of Stain'd's new album, Chapter V), "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down, (Bowling for Soup has a lot simple but cool E. guitar songs -- especially in their "Bowling for Soup Goes to the Movies" ablum), "Be My Girl" by Jet, "Rock & Role All Nite" by Kiss, "Rock Star" by Nickelback (which could work as either acoustic or electric), "Right Here" by Stain'd, "Please" (it might work; and it has a lot of profanity in it, mainly because it's mostly in the chorus).
Acoustic: "Outside" by Stain'd, "Good Times Gone" by Nickelback, "Through Glass" by StoneSour (which is perfect for what you're asking for), "Rock Star" by Nickelback (which could work as either acoustic or electric), "Behind Blue Eyes" by Limp Bizkit (which is very simple; and a classic!), "Heard the World" by O.A.R., "Schitzofrenic Conversation" by Stain'd (which is also pretty simple), "Everything Changes" by Stain'd, "Devil" by Stain'd.

There's a song from the 70's that I recently heard in the movie "Stranger than Fiction" with Will Ferrell. It's called, "Whole Wide World" and it's by Wreckless Eric. It seems simple, and I'm totally obsessed with it right now!!

"Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple , dude! Isn't that the first lick that EVERYONE tries when they start playing? LOL! Actually i hated that tune for years, and when the other guitarist in a cover band i was in a few years ago suggested it, i just rolled my eyes. But when we started playing it at bars and stuff i actually had fun doing it, of course i threw my own "thang" in it to make it mine, which made it even more fun. LOL!

If you're a beginner, start with something you've heard, and can get the rhythm to- if chord changes are a hassle, practice them over and over-do it with your eyes closed, see how fast you improve....
Try "Take it Easy" or any other Eagles song....
