What the three nationalities Sergei Prokofiev possessed during his lifetime?

I am not aware that he ever possessed a nationality other than Russian. He left Russia in 1919, due to the Revolution, travelling first to the USA where he stayed until 1920. Because his music was not very well received he moved on to France where he lived until 1932 when he returned finally to the USSR , after a couple of earlier concert tours to his native land.
