Shock treatment is horrible, I mean Rocky is bad (And I should know I MC'ed Rocky for over 3 years and played most rolls at some point or another) But shock treatment so bad that it should not be view as a movie unto itself, Rather it is best used as a well from which to draw unique call backs for the live performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Fun prank: If you know someone who is into tripping, make them watch Shock Treatment and act like it is actually a good movie. This will crack their brain and their ears will bleed. It is amusing.

Rocky is better if only for the reason of Tim Curry, who's great.
