fads. people questioning thier beliefs. people are realizing that maybe they only believed in a said denomination just so they had something TO believe in. then, later found that they could still believe, but found a denomination that better FIT their believe system....ex: always believed in "God" but not the teachings of what God wanted as stated by that specific religion. so they found a better "fit" so to speak by changing denominations.

People look for a Church to make them happy or feel forgiven or loved. People go where the excitement is and where the people are going assuming that God must be there. Then they get there and find out that it is the same as where they came from.

A general dissatisfaction with the decrease in morals and consistency. We all search for something we can be happy and satisfied with. The Church no longer provides it.

Those that are increasing are the ones that have taken the parts of the bible that they like and discounted the sections they dont like and created new religions and spiritual sects.
Me, I am a Christian and will always be a Christian.
The bottom line...we will all stand in front of God and account for our actions and behaviors one day
