I liked the Colin Firth story line with the girl who didn't speak English. The scene where they are in the water trying to save his book (CF always seems to end up in the water in all his fims since Pride and Prejudice) and the scene where he proposes in the restaurant were my favorites.
In close second would be the storyline with Liam Neeson and his stepson...very touching.

It's heartbreaking but I loved seeing them act it - Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman's story. As heartwrenching as it is to watch her open that scarf box thinking it's jewelry and then realize that he had bought it for someone else. Oh, it cuts me to the quick EVERY time.
