There is no way it is a waste of time, when you send food to other countries the hungry people do not get it, there corrupt governments do, people who raise money for Africa are just stuffing the pockets of these evil people. Do some research about the corruption you'll find out. In the mean while if these people keep popping out babies and they just starve, they have the problem not us. So you can pray for them and remember the world will never be perfect.

oh girl i have just the thing this helped me i have a 6pac now look just do this girl ok eat like a sandwich 4 lunch no breakfast and like a bowl of soup or something lite that night for supper thats it just like 1 meal a day but spread it out that away u dont get 2 hungry peace
