The first responder had a good point though. You are not made worthy by what you do, but by who you are.

Your life is not made satisfying or happy by what you have, but by what you bring.

Setting a goal for yourself automatically divides you into "what you are" and "what you ought to be". Be happy, goals notwithstanding. Stress created by not living up to your own standards can interfere with meeting those very standards.

Well I set small goals which will ultimately lead to a big one. That way everytime I achieve a small one it keeps me motivated.
