alright well I am having my period and i have to dance today in a leotard and tights and i dont have tampons just pads how do i put one on without people seeing it stick out ?????? i cant wear underwear

i use to have the same problem. id go but tampons you can, but if you cant...wear a thin pad, id even consider cutting it if it still shows. just put it right on you tights. If you can wear a skirt of something that would help a lot too. Its really not that big of a deal though. a lot of people, especailly younger teens had to do that. Your usually the only one noticing it because your so aware of it. you'll be fine

You can wear underwear under a leotard. Use the ultra slim pads or go to the store to get tampons. Are you at school? You can usually get stuff like that from the school nurse.

Lol...well, you better either wear some underwear, or go buy some tampons. If you try sticking a pad to your tights and not underwear, I can guarantee it will move around and will not provide the protection you want. Especially in public. Go buy some tampons. Or even go to a public restroom and buy ONE tampon from those dispensers.

It's time for a crash course in tampon wearing. LOL My daughter started her period for the first time on opening night of the Nutcracker 6 years ago. She performed in "snow" with white leotard & tights. She learned real fast!!! Good luck sweetie!

I have the same problem if you can't go out and buy tampons than ask a friend or your teacher (uunless your teacher is a guy) but I think most people will understand if they see a lil underwaer or pad (i'm not allowed to were underwear too.) if they laugh say w/e either youve gotten it or you will (unless they are guys) but comeon its a natural way of life I got mine during nutcracker being clara i kicked my leg up and woohoo! hopefully yours wont be as embrssing

Sorry to tell you yet there rather isn't. Menstruation is a organic element, and basically a disturbance interior the hormones (which you haven't any administration over) could make your era come faster or later. the only element which will oftentimes cut back to rubble my era is rigidity yet like a crap load volume of rigidity which may make my era around 2-4 months late.

Always has pads that are just as thin as panty liners, but they are regular absorbent like regular pads. Try those out! Don't get anything with wings!
