Can you pay with GB Pounds or Euros in America ?
No - so why do you think we would accept Dollars or Euros here ? Pay with the National currency where ever you are. You can alway get some out of a cash machine.

Don't you think it is a little arrogant to ignore the national currency totally in your question? How far would I get if were to offer Yen or Baht in New York, I think nowhere. You will have a very hard time trying to shop in London or the rest of the U.K. if you think the Mighty Dollar is going to pay the bill and we hate the Euro on principle.. You will have to change your money into Pounds Sterling. Exchange offices usually give a slightly better rate than banks by the way.

We do not use the Euro in the United Kingdom. We had the sense to stay with our own currency which is the Pound Sterling, the British Pound (£)

I think Euros, because at the moment you get more dollar for your pound, so over here it would cost more...sorry that made no sense, but just go euro!
