What should I make of it?

i am pretty sure that a friend of mine is bi and likes me. She gives obvious signs ie. blushes when coming towards me and twirling her hair. The thing is whenever I put lip balm or gloss on, she gives me a double look. Does this means she wants to kiss me..She is really shy so i dont think she would make the first move. Do u think i should be the one who gives the first kiss or do u think i should wait awhile...?

Just ask her. The next time you put on lip gloss, and she does the double take, say "What?" all innocent and smiling. Then joke about her wanting to kiss you. Gauge her reaction.

Try inviting her over to your place and set the mood.
Start with a nice chat and slowly work around to talking about GLBT relationships. If she acts like that is a turn off then quickly change the subject-you now have your ans.
If she is open to the conversation they slowly make an easy move.

I think if you can, try and have it come in up in conversation. But if that doesn't happen, then I think you should kiss her first if the time is right. You will know when that is.
