Since Condi Rice is one of the architects & supporters of Iraq War why do so many think she's doing a good job

Ms Rice is a brilliant woman, however, she is not a military strategist. Politicians set the direction of policy, the military implements that policy. Mistakes were made in how the war is being fought, not necessarily that it is being fought. The ISG released it's report when...yesterday? Be patient. If after a full review, the President and his advisers feel it holds merit, changes will be put into place.

As regards talks with Syria and Iran, do we really need to waste time proving to the world we spoke with them? Why are they so threatened by the possibility of a free Democracy in their neighborhood? The leadership of both countries is certifiably insane based on world standards. Trying to have a meaningful dialog with them is the same as trying to teach Quantum Physics to a Cat. Their intentions have been clearly stated time and again. They desire the total destruction of Israel and anyone who thinks them destroying Israel is a bad idea.

Yes but the Iraq Surrender Group is not the holy word of god like so many people think it is. Its just a bunch of people giving an opinion. I think Condi has done a good job, and I STRONGLY oppose talks with Syria or Iran, until they cut the anti Semitism (both of them) and nuclear programs (Iran)
