I am sorry about your situation. I think you should talk to the social worker involved and tell her you just can't care for the kids. They can help you. I also think you have more problems than the people here can help you with. I don't know the whole story but perhaps foster care is better for the kids with possible adoption by one family for all the children - including the one that has not been born,. People like this never grow up and will always hurt the kids. Good luck and God bless.

Talk with CPS, the Court, Prosecutor, Probation Officer, etc.. Stop the “breeder” from having contact with the kids. Obviously she is anything but a Mother, now it’s all about the safety and welfare of the kids.

File a restraining order,
Get full Guardianship of the kids,
Get some help raising the kids, babysitter, etc..

The kids will grow up much better off than being in that situation. The DIL is just a “breeder” with no business being a mother. Any woman can be a breeder, takes a real WOMAN to be a Mother !!

It feels like your doorstep daughter desires slightly greater suitable than to lose internet privileges. Do you besides mght pay her telephone, vehicle, and coverage costs? if so, this woman desires to get in touch with actuality and in all likelihood get some scientific care and rancid daddy's bankroll. If she will't stick to your regulations, then possibly the mother on the different edge is up for a project? Can your families artwork at the same time to place down some floor regulations of what's beside the point? I used to artwork in bail bonds, and regardless of enterprise you're utilising will in all likelihood see her back returned and returned until she gets scientific care or a stiff sentence. that's some thing you should in all likelihood concepts-set the courtroom approximately. I additionally understand my brother's ingesting did not cool down until he had an twist of destiny that led to a artwork-reformatory sentence. Now he purposes properly, does not have a ingesting concern, and has a very good relatives.

See if it is possible to get a restraining order on her, and try to put the kids into a day care a few hours a day that way you get a break. A lot of different states have free child care and low cost child care, what ever you do don't allow her to be able to pick them up from anything that you sigh them up for

Poor kids and you. Are there other family members in another state that could help you? How much help does your husband give you with these kids? How about the fathers family? I applaud your willingness to take care of these kids, but if you are not healthy enough to take care of them, maybe the state can offer you more assistance without taking them away from you. Good luck to you.

I admire you for taking care of these children. Try talking to CPS about your concerns. You can also contact her probation officer and let him what her plans are when she is released. Good Luck.
