Yes, Anirban. Yes! For success in life it matters! It is an irony of human culture/ fate! The word love in first sight, face can read a mind etc. all these term came from such show off. But logically, it should not be the way! U go for any interview in any big or reputed company, first they will see ur appearance! U go for act in show business, same. even go for religious activities or politics, followers will see how u look! How is ur presence1 Smart or lauzy! Simultaneously ,it is also true that ,U can be handsome in Ur own style. No need to be fair. Like, some black actors or personalities........ Koffy anan can't be matched with Amir khan! But he is(Koffy..) no less then any one. rather much more smarter, handsome. People can't help whether they are handsome or beautiful, but I do think trying to present yourself as attractively as possible certainly helps. Dressing neatly, practicing good personal hygiene, keeping your weight reasonable, and projecting a positive attitude are things which I've found are very important in the workforce, not to mention doing your job well. These things definitely would get a person a higher rating on the attractiveness scale that someone who does none of these, but just has raw good looks.

IF you were a big store owner" and had to hire someone to manage and represent your store, out in public and at meetings, that there may be photos taken at for news papers, or magazines articles on your store, and you came down to two candidates, one was handsome for possible photos,meetings. and one was not, for promoting the stores image" what one would you have to chose"! ?
