Opera is a web browser. Oracle do a variety of products, but most commonly the reference is to the Oracle Database.

OPERA is a Web Browser similar to InternetExplorer in Windows. OPERA can be used on Windows, Linux, etc. It is used to view WebPages from internet.

ORACLE is a database software used to store information. For eg. In a bank, people deposit, withdraw and do many transactions. These details can be stored in this software. The transaction detials can be retreived in that software easily. So it is widely used in many organisations.
ORACLE software is being created by the company named ORACLE Corporation.

well Opera is a Web Browser like Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Like Mozzila Firefox and Oracle is RDBMS(Relational Database management System) used to manage the data, other examples of RDBMS are (Fox Pro, Sybase).
