Hello, Frieda, change your name, like a typical coward?
Pat Tillman is a hero. You should not be allowed to utter his name. What Pat Tillman did was to recognize a threat to this great country, and decided to forego an NFL career to serve his country. There was apparently no political motive to it.
You silly, short-sighted twit: Pat Tillman and about 3000 others have died in order that you can spout your stupid opinions. Why are you not grateful? Do you ever visit Veterans, who have sacrificed for your freedoms? Have you ever done anything except complain?
The sad thing about you is that you choose to see everything in terms of Politics. To you this is just a game. They were ahead, now we are, hahaha.... You have no friggin' clue how serious the clash between Good and Evil are right now, in the world.
*Just as long as your side wins an election. What will you do, someday, when Islamist-fanatics have taken over this country, may God Forbid, and you find yourself suddenly at the point of a sword or a sharp knife, like Nick Berg? Will you pee your pants, begging for mercy, swearing to become a Muslim, to spare your life, knowing that all that does, is make you a slave?
You make me sick. And to think, the American troops are fighting, dying to save the likes of you.

I read the article, and it says that Tillman thought the war was "f_ing illegal" and that he urged people to vote for Kerry.
I am not sure that makes him 100% anti-anything. But the point seems rather moot, now.
What remains is: Regardless of who he supported, he volunteered to fight, which is ultra-patriotic if he didn't support the war or the President. He is even more of a hero in my eyes than before. God bless his family.

According to I believe the San Fransisco Herald (or Chronicle or whatever it's called), Pat Tillman reportedly urged soldiers to vote for John Kerry in the 2004 election.

Are you Pat Tillmans brother mother sister dad lover? How would you possibly know who he voted for and why he voted that way. This is unfortunate because you probably believed something you read in a magazine or heard on the t.v or radio. And the really sad part is you probably think this stupid sh!t is true and that's what is really scary to me.

Why bring Tillman into it at all? There are guys in Iraq and Afghanistan who are pro Bush and some who are not. It really doesn't matter who a particular soldier supports politically.

Tillman was a brave man that gave his life to protect America..
his political beliefs were enough for him to quit the NFL and go to war... i don't think that he would have thought much of you

Where do you get your information? Where has it been said that Tillman was "100% anti-Bush?"

Good enough for you, Spanky?
I love how conservatives can just deny inconvenient facts. Must be a great world to live in.
The Repubs know that the media won't follow up on it, so they have nothing to worry about.

Soldiers fight for their country, not for the republicans or democrats. Their deaths shouldn't be used by politicians.
