Let them breathe. Nails turn yellow because of the lack of air they had/have. You cant scrub it off or anything. Go natural once and awhile so they have some air.

(from nailsplash.com) Sometimes nail polish, dirt and bacteria can stain the nails. This can be removed by using a Q-tip or an orangewood stick with a cotton tip. Soak the cotton in 10 parts water mixed with 1 part bleach, then rub the nail where the stain is. This will remove most stains from the nails. Scrub under the nails with a nail brush or toothbrush with soap or bleach solution to remove stains under the nails.

If that does not work let them breath and go without polish for a while. When you're ready to use nail polish again, try a top rated one like Revlon Colorstay and use a top rated nail polish remover like Cutex Quick and Gentle. These topped the best list. See this source for why.

What causes my nails to turn yellow and how can I get rid of the yellow stains?

Darker colored polish can cause a chemical reaction between the nail polish's coloring agent and the nail plate, which can cause nails to take on a yellow-ish color. While it is different for every person, this reaction can occur in a matter of days or within weeks of wearing the nail color. To prevent nails from yellowing, always use a base coat before polishing. For already yellow nails, soak nails in 1/2 cup of water and juice of one lemon for up to 15 minutes, once a week. As an alternate option, you can try using Sally Hansen's® Natural Shine® Chamois Nail Buffer to smooth away some of the discoloration. If all else fails, try letting your discolored nails completely grow out. That could take anywhere from four to six months.

Some nail polish leaves a stain on the nail. Next time you paint your nails, always use a bottom coat of clear varnish. To get rid of the yello-stain get a nail buffer (Sally Jensen..ect) where you should be able to buff and polish your nails and have nice looking nails again.

use a clear base coat in future to prevent staining
when doing your nails you should always apply a base coat, then the colour and then seal it with another coating of clear nail polish. wait until it dries to apply a new coat!
make sure you're using a decent brand nail polish and a moisturising nail polish remover. my nails went yellowish after I used black polish with no base coat-the yellow colour fades within days so dont worry :D

Make sure that you but base coat on your nails before you polish them so the polish wont stain your nails and as for the yellow
you can always buff them.

don't put any more polish on your nails. If u put it on alot then your nails can't breath. that may explain the discoloration of your nails so just take a break, wash your hands alot too.
