i have such a mixed kinda skin, sometimes if i look a bit pale than usual, even rose coloured shades match perfectly, but as soon as my skin darkens a bit, due to tireness, hunger i look horrible

If you have a value City Store near you, check out their line called City Vibe, the lipsticks are designed for light brown to darker shade skin tones..
you wont go wrong with any shade from that colletion.

A Nude beige like NARS Belle de Jour would be fantastic! I would also try anything that is a pinky brown beige. I would suggest you go to Sephora and just try everything. MAC is also a great resource the make up artists are so helpful.

Go to a Prescriptives counter....your skin may be slightly brownish in complexion, but you could be rose-toned or have yellowish undertones, in which you'd go for rose-toned lipstick/gloss or a yellow undertone respectively. Either way, Prescriptives....

A brown/natural tint might make you look dead and drained. Go for shimmery pink color.

Maybe you should go with lip gloss until your in control of your skin. If your lips are lighter then most use a little lip liner with it. Good Luck.................

I'd stay away from light pinks, and try a deep red, or perhaps a champagne color?
