I worked as a mortgage broker and left the company that I was working for. Before I quit I had a loan that closed and now my ex-boss doesn't want to pay me ! What should I do? Who should I call for help?
Thanks

The previous answers are good, but you might want to review your contract with the employer as well. Did your loan close, or did it fund? Many mortgage companies will only pay out on loans that funded prior to your last day of employment. Your contract might also stipulate that you must be employed on the payroll date in order to get paid for the closed loan. If you can't find and catches in your contract, then go see the labor board.

it really is legal to protest. enable the community regulation enforcement understand you'd be protesting in the front of the agency establisment and they is also there to make confident you're secure at the same time as doing so. i'd make you up an quite good signal retaining that you want your funds. i'd highly write his call in vast letters as well because the agency call. With luck, he will see the undesirable merchandising for his agency and with out delay get you a examine so that you'll leave!
