Jewlery is always good--but just remember--you are setting the bar this Christmas for all Christmas's to come. Don't buy her more than you can afford, or she will expect such huge gifts every year----buy something reasonable.
My boyfriend made a comment a few months ago about not having had Jiffy Pop in years--so I bought him a pop corn set and some Jiffy Pop as one of his gifts. He will like knowing that I remembered him saying that and it probably will mean more to him than the more expensive gift he gets (I don't know that that will be yet).
But think back and find something that means something to her-it doesn't have to be expensive--it has to have meaning--that's more important.

Being close to xmas I would assume its for the holiday so get something that you can both enjoy like toys roleplaying tools or naughty outfits.
