She is 31 and live about 2 quick hours by plane. She was home for my annverisary (Nov 27) and in June and for Family vacation with her brother and his family. I want her to come in Dec and/or Jan....How do I get here.

Hey, planes obviously fly in both directions, so go to her for a visit after checking with her first for good dates. Offer to buy her the tickets or make a contribution towards their cost. If she's busy with career or family issues, you may just have to accept that adult children have their own lives and it isn't like past generations where most family member lived in the same town.

your youngest child is no longer a child. you sound bored, get a hobby, your children have their own lives, a 2 hours is not a quick trip by any stretch of the imagination. or if you have so much time, visit her.

this is just an idea. If she can not make it to you why don't you go to her. Like you say it is only a 2 hour flight

simply talk to her about it. tell her you miss having her around and would like her to visit more. and why dont you visit her?? you have to even it out even though she is your daughter. she cant always come if she has a family or work. so you could visit her instead.
