I am doing a project for physics and i chose Marie Curie.......why is she important to physics??? What is the physics behind radium and polonium? I need more of the physics and less of the chemistry Marie Curie did....thankyou for your help

well the chemistry is the extraction and purification. along with her husband they characterized and conned the term radioactivity. she also was a driving force behind x-ray usage in medicine.

to start check out pierre's speech for their 1903 nobel prize. then start going through her work. there's a lot to write about

Marie madam curie, the queen of rad..................... here name is a unit of measure for radiation, and she did die from exposure i believe. There's alot of info on the Internet about her.
