Any guy who's scared of your brains or your success isn't worth messing with, and isn't much of a man - he's more of a little boy, in my opinion, and who needs that? Find a REAL man - you'll be glad you did.

I don't know if scared is the right word. Most successful women have to spend most of their time and energy being and staying successful. I think most men want a woman where they can feel like they are the most important thing in her life. But if she has to spend most of her time being successful there's not a lot of time or energy left for the her man. Also for women to be successful in business many times they have to become very assertive and perhaps dominent at times, since these are viewed as predominantly male traits it can be a turnoff to a man if he feels like he is being dominated.

Infinity is a difficult concept to grasp for some, but fortuantely the bible starts with "In the beginning" and I am ever so thankful that it ends with "Amen". Wuld it have been a better guide if the last word had looped back to the first at infinite speed ~ or what if it started and finished on the same page ... we could call this new version the missing big red book of gazpacho? Perhaps many will prefer my "roll your own" version... Feel the love, baby.

Some men want women that they can take care of, women that make them feel needed, not just wanted. Sometimes successful, independent women (whether intentionally or unintentionally) give off the impression that they don't need anyone or anything. This, of course, turns off guys who want to be depended on.

I love smart and successful women.

My only fear is that they may try to trade up. The very competitive, driven qualities that led them to succeed might lead them to seek a more successful mate in the long run.

But I would take my chances. I don't mind being a support to my wife on her career path or being a stay at home dad.

It's in man's nature to be the hero and feel like a savior. Being with a woman with lots of money makes him feel worthless

My girlfriend make three times what I do. She has a high profile job and she's very well respected. And do I have a problem with that? No. I'm proud of her accomplishments. But that's not what attracted me to her. I was attracted to who she is, not what she's done or her successes.
