Don't try to be unique. The point is to invite people.
They need to know where and when, and possibly what, though that information is optional (that is, you can throw a party and only tell people what it's for after they get there).
Unique is over-rated. The point is to communicate clearly what you're doing: throwing a party, and to ask them to come.

Hi, I am trying to recall my day 30 (or whatever is your age) years back. My request to the elders to come and help me to recollect that day when I came to this wonderful earth. Also I would like all my youngers to come and share the joy.
