PLOT: A medical school dropout loses his fiancée in a tragic lawnmower incident, and decides to bring her back. Unfortunately, he was only able to save her head, so he goes to the red light district in the city and lures prostitutes into a hotel room so he can get parts for his girlfriend.

Didn't a killer do somewhat of the same thing in Silence of the Lambs? In this case, however, I think you are right. It was called Body Parts.

It's definitely NOT Body Parts. The 1991 Body parts was about aguy who lsoes control of his arm after an arm transplant, and the 1994 version was about a guy who videotapes himself murdering strippers.

Yeah i think it was either called Body parts or Basket Case im not sure which one it was now, but i remember seeing it.....creepy.
