Criss came out to present an award with Danity Kane. He flirted and then gave out the award. This year's award show was supposed to have been hosted by Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. Spears backed out a few days before but Paris backed out the night before because jokes they had written for her monologue made fun of her friends (like Nicole Ritchie).

He didn't. He was a presenter with the Pussycat Dolls or whoever they are. The Billboards didn't have a host, I don't think. Paris Hilton was supposed to but she dropped out because they wanted her to insult her Hollywood friends in a few jokes they wanted her to tell.
