hello all,
i know this lady that lives in cleveland ohio and she has 7 cats and one dog in a 1 bedroom apt.. the dog never gets to go outside.. the lady has pads for the dog to urinate on... does anyone know the zoning laws for ohio concerning animals???? please help... tina
