All these girls are in size small but they range from ages 9 to 14 yrs of age. I want to get these kid something stylish but at a bargain price. HELP!!!!!

there is limited too in the mall. Aeropostale in the mall has reasonable prices. Also, you could try Goodies if you live near one. Those are all place that i shop and i am a bargain shopper

www.oldnavy.com - Old Navy makes great basics for all ages, and is owned by the same parent-company as Gap and Banana Republic so you know you are getting great quality. You can find amazing bargains online and shipping is only $5 no matter how much you order!
www.aeropostale.com - I don't know how good this website is but Aeropostale makes GREAT clothes for that age group-- very similar styles to Abercrombie and American Eagle but at a better value. Plus, their tops come in xxs and pants come in 00 and different lengths for the smaller girls.
www.forever21.com - They have great accessories and really fun, trendy clothes for super cheap.

you can always try e-bay or go to yahoo shopping or shopzilla... one of those search engines will search for all types of clothes and the best prices... then give you a list of the web sites!!!
