Because I'm sure that after the show is done the producers ask them if they want their face blurred or not for when the show airs. Is it because to them being on tv is more important than what people will say about them?

Truth of the matter instead of all this opnion is, that they are offered money to sign a release form and as you see, most of these people do not have a lot of money so 300 or 400 sounds like a lot to them.

It is not fake. I saw an actual ambush in my hometown and when I watched it on the show, it was exactly like it happened. They offered a lot of people in the restaraunt some money to show thier faces and sign a release. Not as much as the chick who was cheating, they told her that they needed to talk to her and took her somewhere private. They actually make money for cheating.. thats weird.

I don't think the show is fake, but I do think that they get paid to have their face shown on tv.

One thing I don't understand about the show is why the "cheater" gets so angry at their girlfriend/boyfriend for hiring Cheaters. Like somehow that's worse than them cheating. In my opinion, they deserve to be humiliated.

They probably figure so what, my so-called significant other that got me busteds face is showing on the tv so why not have mine on there as well? I mean, people that know their significant other must know WHO the person is they're dating/married to when the show is aired. Ya know? I'm sure their 15 minutes of fame factors into it as well.

15 minutes of fame or course. It's the same reason the people on Cops don't have their faces blurred.

Most of the shots are taken in public. Like the news, they do not have to get permission from the person to air.

They have to blur it if they do not sign an authorization form to be on tv.

I believe the whole show is a farce and all the people on the show are actors getting paid!

They probably have to give their permission for their faces to be shown. If they don't give their permission, their faces are blurred.
