Ozzy's "Crazy Train" is now a crazy wreck, and "Tainted Love" is tainted. Why do they persist to ruin songs like these?

I agree with Brenda! Make it stop! People who have no talent wreck the songs of those who have talent. They are too lazy to write their own songs, so they do it the easy way.Younger kids don't know that they are remakes so most of the time, it goes unnoticed by them.

Trying to approach things a little differently here...

I think what often happens with remakes or "sampled" songs, (which I despise!) is this;

An artist or record label hears a song that was made back when creative recording artists were the majority. They like. They try to either duplicate it or sample a piece of it for "nostalgic" purposes. Because the new artist has no clue how to produce the natural sound, and there is no decent producer to tell them that they are WAAAAAAY off, the song gets distributed.

Everytime a fan of the original recording hears the new version they get pissed. This is the record company's way of pleasing the audience - (sarcasm). What has to happen is some of these so-called singers and musicians need to study the craft a little...run some scales...learn about music theory. The tragedy to me is these artists are provided THE EASY WAY OUT so they never get a chance to really perfect their skills and WE don't get to hear anything but crap. Imagine how great music would be if labels had mandatory music classes and some of these POTENTIALLY good artists could be JUST GOOD.

its just a musical cycle everyone these days copy lyrics, beats etc to make music some are an insult to the orignal and some are actully better. You just need to be abit more open minded with your musical taste

Mostly becuase they recognize the talent in these songs and the genius used in many of them. I guess many are hoping the genius will wear off on them a little.

The truth....

Most are not musicians. They are lyricists and can't write music.

So they steal or buy beats to make their own product.

Remember, in today's world the companies can make you believe anything. Including that these "artists" are truly artists, musicians, and even creative.

Suckers!!!!
