It will somewhat. But more than that, the material will break down. Spandex is not supposed to be dried in the dryer. You should let it air dry, if you want to prolong the life of the shirt. Usually the tags will tell you about washing and caring for these types of materials.

It won't necessarily shrink but it ruins the spandex. Dry it on low/delicate.

I'm not sure if it will shrink, but it will make the elastic in the spandex go brittle. I would hang it to dry.

It might not shrink, but hot air is murder on spandex. It'll wear out a lot faster.

It probably won't shrink, but it also won't need very much drying either. Dry on low heat for 10 minutes then hang immediately.

No, it won't shrink, but I'd wash it in gentle cycle, cold water, with a mild detergent, made for gentle cycle.

100% cotton, or mostly cotton blends are the ones that will shrink.

Don't dry spandex if you want it to last. Or use bleach.
Hang to dry, and treat them gently.
