Victoria Secret sells breast enhancers. they are inserts that you wear in your bra. they work like a dream and you will get an increase of about 2 cup sizes. they cost about $80-$100 per set but they are totally worth it.

Don't do anything! Small breasts are absolutely wonderful. They are hot. I always notice small breasts. There is nothing in the world that compares to the sight of small breasts. Why are women fixed on getting larger breasts? I don't qiute understand it.

There are no exercises or pills that will make them larger.
She either needs to get plastic surgery, a padded bra, or silicone inserts.

there is no way to do it, except to grow the muscles undernear the breats. (pectorals).
Pills and other things don't work.
