60-62. My husband and I are hot all the time. We open our bedroom window just a bit at night to make our room cooler.

It's at about 70 right now; but I might turn it up to 75. It was kind of cold in the house last night.

my husband is a very warm natured person, so when you first wake up, and this is no joke, you can see your breath. After he and the kids leave, I kick up the heat to 75 or even 80.

In our apartment we keep it at 70 when we are there and 64-66 at night or while we are gone.
A lot depends on the type of heat and how much of a draft you have in your house.

65 day/62 night.
I have good windows and insulation and dont get any drafts so that temp feels warm. When i turn it up higher, like to 68, i actually feel colder!? and my skin dries out at higher temps also.
