In my state we have a free criminal records search just try typeing Criminal records and your state and see what comes up, at first when read your question not reading all I would have said let go of the past for theres no future if you can't let go of the past, but being your child is involved I understand completely. Your best info will eventually come from your own child, but even if you have to pay for a criminal records search it might well be worth it if you know a little about the persons prior convictions. Good luck to you

even if u did find dirt on her, maybe the courts still wouldn't do much. i know how u feel, u are still hurt, but all this is just going to hurt and upset u more. the bitterness u feel will keep u from moving on and finding happiness. my daughter's husband, has an ex, the ex is always taking them to court, and the ex has a husband who has a record of drug abuse, and u name it, but the court system here in ohio, did absolutely nothing about it, what your looking at is spending alot of money, and time, not to mention what all this will do to u mentally. give it up unless your child comes home from there with info that she has been hurt. sure u want to hurt them for what they did to u, but it wil only hurt u instead of them.

You 'think' shes' a drug user? I 'think' you're not over him and the life you had once. Move on - it's not worth it. You're only hurting yourself and your child. There are lots of people out there who need your attention more than your ex and his wife. Key word ... EX. He's no longer your problem.

This may sound weird but next time you are there to pick up your child, tell her that something is in her hair and pull a hair out. You can find out with that strand of hair if she is on certain drugs; cocaine, etc. Best of luck.

How come you didn't get custody of your daughter? Take a look in the mirror before you start looking for dirt on someone else.

Go to the local police station and see if they have any reports there...some offices you will have to pay or other offices they won't let you even see the file if you are no party involved.

Unless you have justification in your suspensions.Leave them alone... You need to get over it and let them get on with their lives. Why don't you have your kids yourself?
