first of all you should NEVER give honey to a child less than a year old secondly look for the clues most children will gain interest in the foods u eat i mean my 10 month old was eating fish (I'm a vegetarian) at the age of 6 months so hey Ur little one may be ready and no child is alike the min and max depend on how much the child wants and likes to eat GOOD LUCK and stay strong i know its not easy trying to keep our children happy and healthy

no problem to breast feed up to or beyond (depends on your comfort level) 18 months then just give homo milk in cup by pass bottles I would not give salt or butter
one year is good for meats and eggs all pureed
water in a cup as much as he wants
