Wikipedia has several pages dedicated to explaining throws, holds and attacks. Like the guy above said, you'll still have to go get a professional trainer to DO them... but these pages describe how they are done.

The list is currently in 3 parts.

Part 1 is just regular holds.
Part 2 is just submission holds.
Part 3 is pinning moves and suplexes.
